Intro
Hello to all of our listeners out there in podcast land and welcome, Episode 62 of Canadian Patriot Podcast, recorded on Feb 20, 2017.
Tyler is a competitive shooter, occasional hunter, new father and contractor. No, not that kind?.the construction kind. He can be heard here and as cohost of the International Liberty or Death Podcast.
Gavin – a business owner, gun enthusiast, hunter, atheist and host of the Greater Toronto Area chapter of the Tactical Beard Owners Club.
Marty – Sportshooter and hunter
Derek has worked as a military contractor in the development and manufacture of weapons targeting systems for 36 yrs. Working on tanks, planes, helicopters, APC’s, rockets and special projects, he has spent his life career saving lives by virtue of helping those who are on the sharp end to control their AO (area of operation)
From his early days when members of the SAS used to bring their gear for refurbishment prior to a job to feedback from AH64 operators, he realised that his input was only one step away from the actions-on and made a difference.
Now he is looking at a different career in developing a shooting facility where he sees he can help in a different way.
Although within the small arms world he wants to develop a shooting facility that elevates the perceptions of shooting as a sport and heritage and give every civilian the opportunity to experience the thrill and challenge of shooting sports in a variety of aspects. Additionally, and in keeping with his own heritage, he wants to support the Vets through several programs and opportunities that he hopes can make a small difference; for those that are transitioning back to civilian work and especially for those returning who may have visible or less than visible issues..

Charity Shoot
The 7th Annual Podcaster Charity Shoot will be at the Guelph Rod and Gun Club on July 8 supporting Many to One. Ragnarok Tactical will be teaching a Carbine Operator Course on Friday July 7, the cost is $200. The proceeds will be donated to Many To One.
