Update: 80% AR Lower receiver prohibition. Still digging around with ATIP’s on this. See RCMP ATIP below, which is what has brought them to the point where they prohibited them. Of the 1000’s of lowers that were imported into Canada, only 33 homemade AR-15’s were ever completed and registered. This brought on the assumption that people are doing something other than making AR’s with them.
